Abstract: To face the challenge of population aging,the endowment insurance system should select a financing pattern in favor of social labor productivity.At present,our financing pattern should not shunt from collecting and paying at the meantime to funds.

摘要： 养老社会保险制度要从根本上应付人口老化的挑战,应选择一种有利于提高社会劳动生产率的筹资模式。目前我国养老社会保险筹资模式不宜从现收现付式向基金式转轨。
