    The industrial relationship had experienced significant changes ever since the reform and opening-up policy in China, particularly in 1990s, as a result of the changes ownership forms, industrial structures, labor organizing patterns as well as enterprise management models. Consequently, the economic and social system reforms led to diversification of employee types, their demands and expectations. Thus, it was of vital importance to build smooth and efficient systems, recognizing, representing, and coordinating various demands of the employees and expectations and strive for harmonious employment relations. This paper analyzed the content, scope and main reasons of the increasing labor disputes in China and their relations with ownership forms, enterprises size and economic development. In addition, new trends and characteristics of China's labor disputes were also discussed.

    Based on the 1446 survey samples of migrant workers in Shanghai, applied descriptive statistical methods, this paper analyzed the relationship between migrant workers and urban public resources including public transport, health, children's education and entertainment in cities. Empirical results showed that a large number of migrant workers into the city did occupy some of the urban public resources or public services. However, this occupation was limited. Migrant workers could not share the citys public resources and public service or share equally to local citizens. This research not only described the living conditions and employment status of migrant workers, but also explained the causes of labor shortage from the perspective of public services. The fundamental solution was to promote the process of urbanization and the migration of rural workers.

    This paper studied the application of the internet of things in circulation area in the world, and explored the causes that the internet of things slowly developed in China, which included the high cost, less developed information infrastructure, deformed industry chain and technology standard, security and commercial mode et al. This paper concluded that the internet of things would enter a largescale, marketoriented and specialized stage with the application of RFID technology in China. It would create a mode of wisdom circulation and promote the development of circulation industry.

    This paper systematically discussed the association of economic growth with a variety of structures. Based on CobbDouglas production model the provincial data of 2006 and 2009 in China, this paper revealed the relationship between economic growth and structural factors. Empirical results showed the industry structure, the GDP structure and the income structure were the main structural factors in the economic system. To promote the structure reform, consumption and the third industry investment would accelerate China's economic growth.

    his paper explored the relationship between firms 'R&D and the government patent protection under the spatial price discrimination model. The empirical results showed that the higher degree of patent protection would motivate the firms R&D decision. There was inverted U-shaped relationship between firms'R&D and patent protection. From the view of social welfare and innovation, the patent protection had a critical turning point, which changed with the social and industrial R&D environment and transaction.

    This paper analyzed the status and characteristics of property income inequality of urban residents in China,based on data provided by Chinese Urban life and Price Yearbook. This paper further studied the inequality of property income in each category and their contribution to the overall inequality respectively, and investigated the role of personal income tax in the regulation of property income. This paper indicated that the property income of urban residents in China was growing rapidly, which contributed the total income inequality. In addition, the property income gap was widening and the inequality within property income was also getting very serious. The adjusted effect of personal income tax on property income inequality was not obvious, where is still some room for regulation in the future.

Some new ideas and theories had been found, such as the relationship between inequality and crisis, inequality and fiscal volatility, inequality and growth volatility.     In process of the reform of China's stateowned commercial banks initiated by 1998, financial restructuring was not only the starting point of reform but also a key factor which restricted the furthering of successive financial reform. According to the change of sector which was directly responsible for the losses and injected new capital, this article studied the evolution of the financial restructuring modes and its policy restraints. Though MOF and PBOC dominated the restructuring alternatively, financial restructuring between 1998 and 2010 excessively relied on the Big Four banks themselves, which repressed the practical effect of the good/bad bank approach and meant that state-owned banks'restructuring didnt come to an end. It would impact on successive financial reform, such as interest rate liberalization, the transformation of AMC et al.

    This paper examined the influence of debt and debt sources on the spending of business investment, based on the research on the Chinese industry listed companies which included wholesale and retail industry and the industry of machinery, equipment, instrument manufacturing. The empirical results showed these two industries all existed overinvestment behaviors and the higher debt ratio the less investment spending. The inhibitory effect of liabilities on business investment spending was significantly. In debt sources of the two industries, the inhibitory effect of business credit on investment spending was stronger than bank loans in industries. However, the wholesale and retail industry's inhibition of bank loan on investment spending was stronger than commercial credit.

    This paper evaluated on the payment level, treatment level and subsidy level combined with the pilot situation in western region. According to the evaluation results, the payment level was lower because of the contribution grades and periods. The subsidy policy was nonincentive, as while as the treatment level was low and faced the investment risk. Therefore, this paper provided some recommendations such as improving the payment level and treatment level, distinguishing its status in multisystem and establishing a mechanism of longterm treatmentadjusted. It would be significant to promote sustainable development of the system.

    This paper investigated the rural financial situation of Yuzhong, Yongdeng, Gaolan County in China. It found that the rural credit resources allocation was unbalance under the asymmetric information and lack of collateral circumstances. To solve the allocation distortion problem, this paper suggested to reduce the threshold of rural financial credit, break the rural financial monopoly, establish the legal status of the folk finance and formulate some policies to improve farmer'income.
