Economists of American school exerted an important influence not only on establishing American economic policies,but also on making enormous efforts to successfully overtake England and France and other developed countries from nineteenth century to the beginning of twentieth century during growing up of American economy.Key ideals of this school is followed: manufacturing,trade protectionism,important functions of government,high wage,innovation in education,intellectual and technology.At the same time,American school not only is regarded as forerunner of technology innovative economics and economics of List and interest theory of Bǒhm-Bawerk-Fish which take up unslighting important status in history of economic thought,but also its developing strategy and policy especially high wage strategy has great real value for developing countries of the contemporary era especially for China.

In its narrow sense,culture is the regulatory "practice" handed down from generation to generation,and a set of outlook of value and the related ethical belief.The mechanism of impact of the culture on economic growth can be briefly explained in three aspects: the cultural factors affect the professional choices of the entrepreneurs and the optional mechanism of the managers,and affect the productivity in the enterprise level,thus,further affect the aggregate productivity and economic growth;culture,as an intellectual property,enters the aggregate production function through its unique way to determine the production and the path of growth;the inter-evolution of economy and culture will become the typical facts in the time of service economy,and have impacts on the types of economic growth and economic competition.

After the reform and opening-up,the distance in China's regional economic development is mainly distance between regions rather than that within one region.Various reasons contribute together to such phenomenon.New economic geography factors lead to the eastern coastal region with regional advantages attracting lots of production elements of the middle and western regions to flow tran regionally,which together with policy orientation of central government has promoted gradual enlargement of distance of China's economic development.So the central government should take powerful measures to form reasonable work division between different regions,thus attains the goal of decreasing distance of regional economic development.

Theoretically,capital market development has both positive wealth effect and negative substitute effect on monetary demand.From the empirical analysis of Chinese capital market development and money demand demanding data,we found that the development of capital market had improved the monetary demand,at the same time,the change of stock market trading volume could help to forecast the monetary supply in narrow sense,but no contribution to that in wide sense.Considering the development of capital market,the tightening strength of monetary policy should be less than that when only considering real economic monetary demand.
