The gap of living conditions between city and rural areas is the most urgent and could be settled. What the government can do is to equalize the fundamental public services between city and rural areas,and change the policies depending on the local GDP.With the rural characteristics of vast and scattering,we should drive rural areas by cities and expanding public goods around the rural areas.This paper finally gives three ways: rural centralizing,towns to become cities,and building city circles.

The main characteristics of China's current inflation since 2003 include structure,non-balance,stationary,uncertainty,and disagreement.We find that China's current inflation belongs to demand-pull and cost-push inflation.However,the liquidity has less effect on inflation.Therefore, we should take into account the characteristics of current inflation rather than blindly implement the tight monetary policy and fiscal policy.

As a typical network product,the money evaluates with the feature of standardization and unification.However,the demand for exchange media and payment instrument is not homogeneous,and issuing the private money can bring the supplier the revenue,so there is still the existing space for the private money in the market.The rapid development of electronic private money is the outcome of financial innovation leaded by IT progress,and is beneficial to exchange efficiency,but it will not threat the monopolistic position of the fiat money.

Investor sentiment is easily influenced by noise traders in China's stock market,the other trpies traders use noise traders's strategy gain abnormal retrun,which provides the micro basis for speculative bubble.According the mechanism of market volatility,there exists an dynamic relationship between investment sentiment and stock price movemnet,price bubble has intrinsic persistance,which result in the positive feedback effect and bring out the speculative bubble.

Entering knowledge era,dividing and cooperation of knowledge,after that of labor,is the important issue.With the heterogeneous members' cooperation and contact with outsiders,team can explore and utilize knowledge.Fair and reciprocal rules are affected by long term interactions among members and value orientation of the whole firm.Information technology platform is very helpful for decreasing the obstacles to share knowledge,enlarging the range of share,supporting managers as the assistants to developing members,and having various ways to share.

The current study tries to address an practical question raised in Chinese top management teams: what kind(s) of conflict-handling style are optimal for members to resolve task/relationship conflicts? Analyzing data collected from 118 TMTs,we find that cooperation facilitates positive effects of task conflict and restrains its negative effects.Avoiding enlarges negative effects of both task and relationship conflicts.Finally,compromising is found to attenuate destructive influence of relationship conflict.
