    In the long run,Chinese labor productivity is increasing,especially after opening and reform.The main source is the increase of productivity within industries;on the other hand,the contribution of labor allocation structures is not significant,which is more obvious after reform.The latter is related to the high costs of labor mobility among industries,while the former to division evolution,capital deepening,and increase of capital organic composition.

    Evaluating harmonious society should take into account public finance.Using a evaluation system including 4 levels and 72 indices,analyzing Chinese tendency during 2000 to 2004,and international comparison,this paper shows that the first,Chinese current general harmony degree is optimistic;the second,Chinese harmonious development of environment is getting worse;the last,compared with developed countries,Chinese social harmony degree is still low.

    Data shows that the export growth and employment growth of Chinese labor-intensive manufactures,with comparative advantages,are not obviously correlated.This paper argues that we should rethink about our employment policy.

    The focus of "agriculture,farmers,rural areas" problem is the general low income of farmers,and the source is the low efficiency of agriculture.The low agriculture efficiency results from low dividability of agriculture and institutional constraints to the mobility of surplus agricultural labors.Therefore,the crux of "agriculture,farmers,rural areas" problem lies on surplus and stay of agricultural labors.Finally,this paper suggests that we should construct the core cities,increase the ability to obtain employment by vocational education,and deepen the agricultural division.

    Whether companies adopt the tax effect accounting method or not is hardly related to the motivation of adjusting income tax expense and net income.The company whose employees have higher quality is more likely to adopt that method.In addition,state-owned holding companies are more likely to adopt it than non-state-owned holding companies.Therefore,it is more difficult for non-state-owned companies to adopt the"China Accounting Standards 18—income taxes"and the adoption lies on the improvement of employees'quality.
