The ultimate way out for China’s equipment manufacturing industry is innovation,especially system innovation.System innovation and technology innovation can be compared to wheels of a cart or wings of a bird.In this case,further development of China’s equipment manufacturing industry should include systemic innovations in both macro and micro areas.Besides,we should create a moderate environment for such enterprises in addition to system supply and policy arrangements by government.

The economic inverted pyramid is a representation of accelerated development of fictitious economy under the circumstances of financial globalization,and is also,a reflection of the valuing trend of wealth accumulation.Since the 1980s,the inverted pyramid is increasingly top-heavy.The economic crisis is likely to happen with the over expand of fictitious assets.Therefore,fictitious economy should be developed moderately and reasonably to keep the stabilization of macroeconomics and to ensure the safety of national finance.

In order to benefit from profit transferring and tax planning,the related corporations are all willing to take the control of the dual related internal transaction.Nevertheless,their decisions will affect each other,because of the semi-openness character of the transaction.The improper decision can cause conflict.Nevertheless,while the enterprise maximizing its profit,it can also avoid the conflict of the decision,and achieve the "Win-Win" status in the transaction negotiating and pricing.

In future,in order to strive for larger market shares and to stimulate public consumption based on subdivision of the market,more and more telecommunication enterprises will adopt the optional tripartite pricing model combined with block sale,which is different from the block sale model applied in monopoly markets,where the purpose is to extract customers for more consumption surplus.

Entrepreneur plays a leading role in firm;the nature of this leading role is to innovate on firm mechanism.This paper aims at explaining the meaning and method of study on this function and proposing the framework of this study.It points out that the entrepreneur’s function mechanism exists because the entrepreneur’s creative activity of firm mechanism is the course replacing the price mechanism with the planned mechanism through utilizing the existed condition,and contains structural innovation space and innovation path.Entrepreneur’s function mechanism is the mechanism of creative activities in which the entrepreneur establishes the firm’s mechanism,so it is different from firm’s mechanism as well as entrepreneur mechanism.It is of great importance to make research on this field in terms of changing firm’s mechanism through entrepreneur’s function.
