    One of the important roles foreign direct investments (FDD) play for Chinese economic development is to promote the evolution of employment structures, which is mainly by the following two ways: one is to accelerate the transition of agricultural labors to non-agricultural ones; the other is to upgrade the quality structures of labor forces. So, we should attract more employment-oriented investments and try to improve the quality of labor forces.

    By totally examining the principles of the stock models and all of the rows, this paper gets the following outcomes: the stock models are essentially equal-dimensions and partial closed; the models shows crowding-out effects on final goods and spill-over effects on added values.

    After entering WTO, our industries are faced by new competitions, and it becomes very important to evaluate accurately our regional competence of manufacturing. Based on the data 1999-2003, this paper will analyse and assess some fundamental parts of our manufacturing, including regional distributing, firms'scales, technological structures, and types. It also examines the stability of regional competence structures and factors structures.
