    Global deflation pressure will be long lived, and will appear clearly when the world economic recession. So, the world economy will have been low price level and low interest rates for a long time. Chinese e-conomy, which shows mild deflation since 1998, has the basic characteristic of structural deflation.

    Family firms are those that family members control the ownerships and the managements. They evolve from original ones, pure ones to pan-ones and modern ones. Now, they will develop more diversely: some will introduce into professional managers, transfer the ownerships to non-members, and gradually become the non-family firms; some will borrow modern firm systems and become the modern firm organizations with the shell of family ones. Chinese family firms should choose suitable firm systems based on their own conditions and it is not necessary to separate the ownerships and the managements.
