Our total social assets keep steadily increase tendency these years,whose characteristics are together development of various economic ingredients while public-owned economic ingredients still dominant.In order to improve the growth structures of total social assets,we should adjust further the structures of public-owned economy,establish perfect social-assets-absorbing mechanism,improve the input pattern of state funds,and improve the environments for development of public-owned economy.

From the standpoint of factors effecting exchange rate,this paper studies mostly the effects of one country's macroeconomic policies on its exchange rate under incomplete capital flow.It then gives the analysis of benefits and costs of RMB tendency,and points out that it is the inevitable tide for China participating the economic globalization that RMB becomes international freely exchangeable.
